At YatraSakhi, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless travel experience. Our refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

1. Cancellation Refunds
  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled travel date are eligible for a full refund.
  • No Refund for Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date are non-refundable. However, customers can opt to postpone their trip subject to availability.
2. Refunds on Security Deposits
  • Refundable Security Deposit: A refundable deposit (if applicable) is collected at the time of confirmation.
  • Conditions for Refund: The deposit will be refunded upon successful completion of the trip, provided there are:
    • No damages to the vehicle or property involved.
    • No penalties or fines during the trip.
    • All agreed terms are fulfilled.
  • Deductions: Any fines, damages, or non-compliance may result in deductions from the deposit.
3. Partial Refunds
  • Postponed Trips: If a customer postpones their trip, the amount paid will be adjusted to the new travel date. No additional refund will be issued unless the trip is canceled 7 days before the new date.
4. Refund Process
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed and credited within 7-10 business days via the original payment method used (e.g. bank transfer, online payment etc.) from the date of cancellation or trip completion.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used (e.g., bank transfer, online payment, etc.).
5. No Refunds
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Service charges, permits, or third-party fees are non-refundable.
  • Late Show or No-Show: No refund will be issued for missed departures or late arrival at pickup points.
6. Disputes and Claims

  • Resolution: We will review and resolve disputes within 10 business days.
