1. Reservation and Booking:

Reservations can be made via Phone, WhatsApp, or Email.

A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar/PAN) and a valid driving licence (for self-drive rentals) are required.

All bookings are subject to availability.

Full payment is required at the time of vehicle pickup or trip confirmation.
2. Traveler/Driver Eligibility:

For Trips: All travelers must provide valid ID proof at boarding. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

For Self-Drive Rentals: Primary driver must be at least 23 years old with a valid licence held for a minimum of 2 years. Additional drivers must meet the same criteria.
3. Security Deposit:

A refundable deposit of INR 5000/- is required for self-drive rentals, returned upon safe return of the vehicle.

Additional charges for tolls, permits, or damages apply as per usage.

For travel packages, a security deposit may apply based on the itinerary.
4. Fuel Policy (Self-Drive Only):

Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with the same fuel level.
5. Insurance:

Self-Drive: Comprehensive and third-party insurance included. Third-party losses are not covered.

Trips: May include group insurance if specified. Personal belongings and medical coverage are the traveler’s responsibility.
6. Delays and Cancellations:

Weather or external delays are not YatraSakhi’s responsibility.

Cancellations made 7+ days prior are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
7. Late Returns (Self-Drive):

1-hour grace period. Beyond that, charges for a full extra day will apply.
8. Maintenance & Responsibility:

Report any vehicle issues immediately.

Damages or scratches must be compensated by the customer.
-
For travel trips, intentional damages to property or transport will be charged.
9. Traffic Rules & Safety:

Speed limits: 80 km/h (city), 110 km/h (highways). Violation fine: ₹1000/-, deducted from deposit.

All traffic fines during the rental period are customer’s responsibility.

Travelers must follow safety instructions during trips. Misconduct can lead to removal without refund.
10. Travel Package Details:

Package-specific inclusions/exclusions (meals, stay, transport, entry fees) will be shared in advance.
